Warm up this winter with the classic comedy that inspired the movie You've Got Mail!
In a 1930's European parfumerie, we meet shop clerks Amalia and Georg who, more often than not, don't see eye to eye. After both respond to a 'lonely hearts' advertisement in the newspaper, they now live for the love letters they exchange, but the identity of their admirers remains unknown.
From the celebrated team of Joe Masteroff (Cabaret), Sheldon Harnick and Jerry Bock (Fiddler on the Roof), SHE LOVES ME received 5 Tony nominations and 1 win for its original production and 9 Tony nominations and 1 win for it's acclaimed 1994 revival.
Celebrate Valentine's Day 2016 with one of the most charming and romantic musicals ever written!

SPECIAL EVENTS
We are thrilled to announce that Stephen and Deborah Mitchell will be the 2016 recipients of MTP’s annual Lifetime Membership honour. Each year, the MTP board selects two individuals whose support of MTP and contributions to the London community at large deserve recognition. Stephen and Deborah Mitchell are a powerhouse theatrical couple who were two of the founding board members of Musical Theatre Productions. The two met on a production of Cabaret in 1980, and kindled their fairy tale romance on a bus trip to Hamilton for a show publicity event. Stephen is a talented scenic and lighting designer, and stage manager, and Deborah is a gifted actress and singer. Through their years of service to many community theatre groups including London Musical Theatre, Purple Patches, Pacheco Theatre and London Community Players, the Mitchells have touched many lives and worked on numerous brilliant productions. Join us on Saturday February 6th at the McManus Studio for a special honouring of Stephen and Deborah Mitchell, at the opening night performance of SHE LOVES ME. After the show, join us for a reception in their honour as well as that of the talented cast and crew of this charmingly romantic production.
Wednesday February 10th performance is "Flirty 30's Night"! T'wouldn't be an MTP show without an opportunity to play dress-up! Grab your fedora, cloche hat, fascinator, or other retro accent. Join us for prizes, costume contest, giveaways, all during this one special-edition performance.
